I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish), leadership coach and founder of Ignite & Shine Coaching, where I help purpose-driven women reignite their passion, lead with clarity and confidence, and step into roles where they truly thrive. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, and executive coaching, I’ve guided hundreds of leaders to build high-performing teams and grow into the impactful, authentic leaders they were meant to be.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and certified in multiple leadership assessments, including DISC, Hogan, Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence, FIRO-B, Workplace Big5 and several 360 feedback tools.
I'm certified in Marshall Goldsmisth Stakeholder-Center Coaching ensuring measurable growth that is seen and acknowledged by others.
I hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, bringing both strategic insight and practical experience to every engagement.
